Most organizations start with having some awareness that things need to change and may need support in understanding the ‘why’ behind the need for a shift. We provide individuals and groups opportunities to build trust and psychological safety towards understanding individual, team and organizational needs. At each level within the organization, when there is self awareness, it helps us to self regulate and self manage. This can have lasting positive impacts within the organization and helps bring change. This work cannot be done without understanding the ‘being’ and ‘seeing’ before we get to the ‘doing.’

Once there’s cultural awareness, organizations are able to move to a place where a cultural shift can begin. This requires organizational leaders to start figuring out what may be needed in terms of actions that help shift culture within the organization.
We work with organizational leaders at all levels to recommend and develop strategies aimed at building internal capacity. We support this process with training, coaching and developing organizational leaders at all levels to facilitate and incorporate policies, procedures, processes and/or practices that align with their desire to shift culture leading to a more equitable and inclusive work environment.
